In this small study , as the title says, they looked at treating knee osteoarthritis with acupressure. Acupressure is applying pressure directly to acupuncture points with your fingers. They did treatments 2 x week for 4 weeks. They found acupressure was found to reduce pain severity and enhance the functional status and quality of life in patients diagnosed with knee OA.
