In this research review, they looked at new research that discovered a gut-bone axis. A key link between a health gut biome and health bones was uncovered. Bones are constantly replacing the cells in themselves, and it turns out the health of our gut microbiome, and consequently what we eat plays a large factor in how well that process goes. In the research paper they mentioned a bunch of way to improve your gut microbiota most importantly diet changes, prebiotics, probiotics, traditional chinese medicine and natural bioactive compounds. Research and clinic experience show that acupuncture is also very effective and helping with osteoporosis and getting back to moving better.
