Study looking at using beet, ginger and watermelon juice to help with fertility outcomes.

A glass of beet, ginger and, if you use your imagination, watermelon juice.

I have been telling patients of a study that showed that beet, ginger and watermelon juice can increase the lining of your uterus. Today I looked up the study to find out how much juice a patient should drink, and turns out I was wrong. It helps with endometrial receptivity , not lining thickness. During an IVF cycle it does increase implantation and pregnancy rates and decrease miscarriage rates, although only the increased implantation rate was significant. I included a link to the study below for you to read yourself. What the study does not say, unfortunately, is how much juice they drank daily.
