Researching show that exercise is key to helping improve symptoms in menopause and perimenopause.

Menopausal woman enjoying exercize

In this analysis of 10 research papers and over 1000 patients they looked at how exercise affects common menopausal + perimenopausal symptoms. Not a surprise to find that exercise is good for you! More specifically they found an increase in quality of life , and decrease in and depressive symptoms. I find this to be true in my patients coming to me for perimenopause/menopause symptoms. Generally , those that do a better job of moving more, experience less severe symptoms.
