Vaginal Microbiome Dominated by Lactobacillus Positively Impacts Clinical Pregnancy in Patients With Frozen Embryo Transfers.

In this relatively small study , 87 patients, they found that the patients with higher vaginal lactobacillus counts had higher pregnancy rates. Those with lower lactobacillus counts and higher Enterobacteriacae and other opportunistic pathogens had lower pregnancy rates. Some fertility clinics here in Toronto do test for and treat this.
